Where do I start! Lilly has been an absolute godsend from the start.
Her ideas are as genius as they are beautiful and if things change for whatever reason, there is no panic but just a pragmatic, calm approach to adjusting it. There’s bespoke pieces in our house that I would never have thought of having as well all the little touches that just elevate the rooms. Sourcing of items is carefully and thoughtfully done but if ever you want an alternative or are unsure, she’s more than happy to help find the right fit. I had issues with the rattan supplied by the joiner for our wardrobes and straightaway she said “I’m on it” and sourced a rattan direct from Vietnam that was the right fit but also negotiated on my behalf to ensure the price was right.
That’s who Lilly is, she genuinely cares about what she does and the end to end process. She is super professional but equally warm, kind, extremely generous with her time (for the 4352 questions I’ve had) and very talented at what she does. Everyone who comes to our house says how amazing it looks whilst also feeling like a “home” and not a show home or just a house. So far we have worked on the bedroom and the living/dining room and both have such a sense of tranquility and calm, it’s a joy to be in those spaces and that’s honestly down to What Lilly Loves. I am genuinely so pleased and glad I came across What Lilly Loves, I have thoroughly enjoyed the process and wouldn’t trust anyone else going forwards. It’s been a game changer for our first home and I would not hesitate to recommend to someone else - I’d be lost without her! Excited to get started on some other rooms in the near future.
